We have an incredible team including an amazing clinical team that includes a, MD, ARNP, LMHC, and Masters level clinicians. We specialize in dual diagnosis, trauma, 12 step work, cognitive therapy, family and much more.

It is unfortunate that a disgruntled employee decides after they are let go to slander and discredit the same place they worked at and never once brought their concerns to me directy.  We have never let a client get high at our facility. In the unfortunate case that a client relapses while in our program we get them a higher level of care immediately or we offer them another reputable place to go, or we discharge them if they choose not to get help.  I would be interested in the proof this anonymous ex employee has that we let people get high. Why would this employee stay while this was happening?  Why would they not have called the police at the time?  

Anyone that knows me knows I do not need to be in this business for the money.  I also have never been arrested in my life.  I would never knowingly allow anyone to jeopardize my life with my family or someone elses.  I went into this business to help people   My father is a recovering alcoholic and saw how he has changed and I want to help others the same way he was helped.

I believe the prescriptions this person is referring to was a client that hid these in a bush down the street from our facility. We had absolutely no knowledge of this and as soon as we found out the client was discharged and the clients involved were moved to a higher level of care or discharged as well.  In an outpatient program we are not a prison. Our clients are working and going to groups and learning to get back to a normal life.  When a client isnt doing the right things they are discharged or provided the help they need. 

In the less than a year I have owned this facility I have a long list of people that I would be happy to refer to that have had many levels of successes. Renewed relationships with their families, working their first program, holding a job for the first time, and some with continued recovery.  Unfortunately there is a large relapse rate with this disease, but we continue to work hard to better our program and help our clients as best we can.

I wish this ex employee success in their own recovery. I know holding resentment is not part of any 12 step program and is not healthy for recovery in general.  Even spiritually it is not a healthy way to live your life. I hope they find what they need to focus on themselves and not hold so much anger and resentment to others when things dont work out for them.
