These sites are operated by a company called CompuTechnologies, and I would like to share with everyone an outrageous experience with them.

On March 14, 2011, an order was placed on their site. Following the placement of the order, a very strange email was received showing no return address and no contact information, and containing FIVE PAGES of pseudo-legal mumbo-jumbo. Within that text, a promise was made for another followup email within 5 business days with further details.

That email never came.

Finding no contact information in the email and then going back and finding no contact information on the site itself, an inquiry was made with the credit card used. The inquiry resulted in no response from the merchant, CompuTechnologies.

About a month later, a letter was received from CompuTechnologies. This letter was the most bizarre thing imaginable. For starters, it was dated 3 months prior to the sale date. But, that was only the beginning. What followed in the letter was two pages chock full of lies, along with a $60 penalty for disputing the charge, along with a blatant threat to send it to a collection agency and report it to the major credit agencies.

I sent them a reply with a vehement response, clearly illuminating their deceptive practices and lies. They then sent a bill for my "penalty" to a collection agency.

Interesting that we haven't heard a peep out of Mr. Retailoperations person on any of the many complaints posted to RoR since 3/8/12 when I posted that Mr. Retailoperatoins person aka The Truth, could potentially be Mr. Chris Tolle the owner or Mr. Jason T. Wells the Secretary/Treasurer at 6125 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291 and their phone #'s (502) 231-2511 number listed as the company number and also for the company owner Chris Tolle and (502) 538-5287 Jason T. Wells Secretary/Treasurer.

Wondering if in fact we finally found the right people.   In any event at least the dingbat seems to have stopped posting his lies back to all of these ripoff reports.

This alone screws http://computerpartsnmore.com (or any other name under which the company operates) in the original matter.  The original complaint states that an order was placed on March 14, 2011.  Almost 11 months before the policy was put in place.

I do hope the fool running the site does try to take legal action.  It will be nice to find that s/he has received what s/he so richly deserves.

Nice work guys getting their contact information, although it is bogus.  Hey Computechnologies, why don't you post your REAL phone number(business phone, cell phone, or otherwise) and your REAL address(home, business, or otherwise) instead of hiding behind this smoke and mirror scheme you've got going on.  I'd like to talk to you PERSONALLY!!  C'mon, you respond so much on here, why not post something with substance that is real??  Coward.

I just love this one sentence retailoperations person uses the above excuse over and over again forgetting that he makes it impossible to contact his company in a way that would provide a record of such contact for the consumer.  No phone # so no phone calls that can be recorded or tracked from the consumers side - my how convenient. And there is no email address so no way to track and date/time stamp that you contacted the company.  All contact info through the support site exists only on HIS side of the business unless you just happen to screen print every single page when dealing with him.  The fact they continue to state that no one has contacted their support rather confirms that this avenue does in fact not work otherwise I would expect they could in fact produce records of contact attemps.  And then we have from Retailoperations person own sorry website at www.thesupportcenter.us/support the following to back this up.  Note these policies were added AFTER Mr. Arkings complaint and thus can only be viewed AFTER the order has been placed.  Interesting indeed.  Don't worry Mr. Retailoperations person I took a snapshot of your website in case you decide to change it.  Looks clear to me that anyone placing an order before Feb. 9, 2012 is in the clear per the below and what is on their own website.

So Mr Retailoperations person I would love to see you prove to the court that the consumer Mr. Arking did in fact agree to ALL of the terms and conditions you state BEFORE he made a purchase.  And how this would be possible given that the policies were not available on the old website (there is no link at the bottom on his own PDF copy of your webpage as it existed at that point in time).   Additionally, Mr. Arking has provided proof that these policies were only emailed to him AFTER the purchase.  Youre going to have a very interesting time providing proof of an undoctored computer log showing he accepted any terms and conditions BEFORE the purchase.  Just so you understand that for this kind of proof to stand up in court you must be able to show the exact configuration of your website, all pages, and checkout processes back at the time Mr. Arking made his purchase.   I hope you kept backup copies of not only the computer logs but your entire applications and operating systems with appropriate auditable timestamps.   As the instigator of the threat and attempt to place an amount in collections on Mr. Arkings account the burden of proof falls on you.  Having some experience in technology forensics I highly doubt you will be able to provide the proof I've outlined above.

Paul, do you have time to run this down?  Interesting that if you go to this site here http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Computechnologies.502-231-2511 you will see many of the same rants by Retailoperations person posted on the reviews of this company including ones that are clearly made up by that person to try to salvage the reputation of the company.  Either they are in fact the same company as ComputechnologiesInc or they are different companies in which case

ComputechnologiesInc has ruined the name of the Computechnologies operation in Kentucky.  Perhaps a letter to Mr. Chris Tolle the owner and Mr. Jason T. Wells the Secretary/Treasurer at 6125 Bardstown Rd, Louisville, KY 40291 might shed some light.  If they are in fact different operations, these guys have quite the case against Retailoperations person for smearing their good names.  If not, then we know where to find the scammer.

More info on Computechnologies in Kentucky.   Records show it was established in 1999 and incorporated in Kentucky. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of less than $500,000 and employs a staff of approximately 2.

And another phone # referenced by another victim of (858) 926-4053.  Im not sure if he got this # from his AMEX bill or from documentation on the actual package.  In any event it goes to a residential address in San Diego CA  92037 so I'm not sure it's legit.

Under the name Computechnologiesinc, The BBB states it appears that the company is no longer in business.  (My comment: this may be the reason the other fake websites are being created).  The BBB states the phone #s they had for this company are disconnected, and directory assistance does not have a listing for this company. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable. 

They further state if you have an unresolved dispute with this company you may wish to seek legal advice.    Not sure if the invalid address they refer to is

In fact now that I think about it Retailoperations dude should go check out a ripoff report I filed  few years back on Euro Invest Direct LLC.   I actually got their scam website shut down - yes indeed I did.
By now hopefully he has figured out I am not who he thinks I am if for no other reason than he doesn't need to be hauling off at Helina whoever she is. 
And here is a bit more info some of which you already know through other channels.
The dellpartnsmore site is clearly a fake just looking at the site pages, it does not even resolve to the correct resolution in the browser, way out of frame. Source code shows "IE=EmulateIE8" the second page saying UK branch resolves to a much better frame rate, but still looking at the graphics along the side you can see it's the work of an rank amateur.
The site Whois details are obscured as they are for all the new websites this guy is operating through. 
However the original site @ http://computechnologiesinc.com/ has the whois lookup details for 144 N Beverwyck Rd, Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey, 07034, USA Tel. +01.3202154031 Maybe he learned the hard way to hide the whois details after the first few people he scammed sent legal paperwork to that mailbox.
That address is fake however since it goes to The UPS Store 144 N Beverwyck Rd Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034.
However the telephone number does not match and it is listed as (320) 215-4031 and is a landline
Minnesota (Rush City) Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area, Chisago County.
An for the piece de-resistance how about a name to go with that phone number? Stay tuned.

You're right. No reputable lawyer would take such a ridiculous case, and even the most ambulance chasing of lawyers would stay away because they'd probably realize that this vermin company would only end up screwing THEM out of payment as well lol.

In any case, thanks for all your supportive emails and I'm glad to be getting the word out. Good catch on the dell parts site and your idea to contact Dell to complain!  I will do the same, as well, and hopefully that will put Dell on their case too to help shut these lowlifes down.

Its obvious that your a Physco! You posted the same cut and paste BS on every single complaint that was filed for one reason slander. You go around posting all your emotional BS never admitting what you did nor have any hard data. We reply with dates and exactly what you did and have the documents to back it up.

You sit here and write your crap trying to get other people to believe your lies, not once admitting what you did. Trying to convince everyone your the victim, laughable. We wouldnt go after a customer who didnt do anything whatsoever. But we would go after people like you that think they can purposely bs their way on documents stating 50 seconds later after you made a purchase that you cancelled the order.

You agreed to contract which clearly stated the terms of the sale, we dont care what BS excuse you will come up. You were asked 2 different times if you read and agreed with those terms. We dont care what excuse or whatever slander you come up with, we have the documents to prove exactly what you did.

Your going to sit there and point blank lie that you didnt file a chargeback claiming you contacted our company to cancel the order and then have all these charges thrown at us because of your fraud. Then you go on here and claim you never received anything! Are you really that stupid! You made claims you contacted our company, and mysteroiusly there are no tickets and no phone logs to support your claims. And your going to sit there and tell everyone that out of no where we sent a collections letter to you and you didnt do anything. Save your lies!

And then for the finally to prove your a physco, you go and cut and paste the same emails on every single complaint, which again is because of people like you that falsify chargebacks and try to get away with it telling everyone oh we did nothing wrong. And when someone takes actions against you for what you do, you cry like a baby saying youdidnt do anything. Save it!

Really, wow a freaking email.  And, what about your real business address and phone #?  Youve been asked for them numerous times and yet you have not provided them.  A legitimate business would not have to hide behind a UPS post office box #, use multiple websites and domain names, hide their real phone #s and addresses from their customers, or make it so difficult for their customers to contact them that they either give up or violate the ridiculous terms you state.  You do in fact hide your contact information.  So, you just lied.  Again.

Just as a reminder to Mr. Retailoperations:  The original poster of this report filed his report June 6, 2011.  He provided ALL of his documentation regarding your website, the emails, everything.  He even asked you to provide proof of any attempt to deliver the merchandise.  Here we are well over nine months later and you have never been able to provide this proof.  He even stated he would take down those external sites exposing you and file a retraction here if you provided proof of your claims.  Now who do you think we are going  to believe the OP with all of his proof or you with your insults and lies.  Seems you also threatened a lawsuit against Paul.  How is that coming by the way?   I'm assuming it will never happen because (1) you would have to provide your real name and address - which I would hope Paul would share so everyone else could sue you, and (2) you'd have find an attorney stupid enough to want to affiliate themselves with you and risk ridicule and potential disbarrment for participation in extortion and fraud.

It looks like from other reports they may also be going by dellpartsnmore.com  As such, I have notified the VP of Dell OEM Sales about them. Best thing for everyone to do is not get intimidated by them.

Dispute on your credit card.  The Fair Credit Billing Act FCBA gives consumers the RIGHT to dispute fraudulent or incorrect credit card charges, including lack of product/service.   A legitimate dispute

under this Act is not fraud.  And I believe that these complaints are legitimate given what Ive seen from the posters here and the responses from the business owner.  A legitimate dispute under the FCBA cannot legally be used to file against you on your credit report. So make sure you are aware of your rights under the FDCPA (especially the FCRA provisions) to your advantage and ensure you dispute the validity of the debt. 

The more people who dispute the charges the more likely these bozos will get their merchant status revoked which would prevent them from taking credit cards as payment and hopefully reduce the amount of further damage they can do.   I think he has been getting away with it due to all the legal mumbo jumbo which basically says were not responsible for anything the condition of the merchandise, or even if the merchandise is correct, or if it shows up on time.  Clearly this is not being presented to consumers prior to purchase or no one would ever buy from these bozos.  Hopefully folks have been printing out EVERYTHING as they have gone through the order process.

It's hilarious how this company pretends to be a "customer" and posts on here. Like one of the other people here said: just read what this clown is writing and you can easily detect the same writing styles and patterns and see that it's the same schmuck who works for the CompuTechnologies.

One thing that cracks me up is when he writes "Their policies state clearly four to six weeks for delivery."  What customer in this day and age would ever willingly and knowingly buy from a web site that promises to deliver the goods in a month and a half?!  LOL  Every other site out there offers next day shipping, second day, etc.  The fact alone that they "promise" a month a half delivery should right away be the biggest RED FLAG for anyone who is even CONSIDERING them. (But, of course, all the COUNTLESS complaints out there on the internet should pretty much be the biggest red flag of them all.)

What a bunch of clowns running that company and pretending that they are customers. Like they think we're idiots and are going to fall for that old-school third-world ruse.

I have to say, every body on this complaint page is a real idiot. I ordered about 3 or 4 products over the past year from this company and I've received every single one. They came in about 10 to 15 days which is fine. Their policies state clearly four to six weeks for delivery.

After reading all your childish rants your nothing more than a bunch of babies trying to discredit this company. It sounds like your just covering up what you really did and trying to point blame elsewhere. I run a computer store, and I know how you types of people operate.  You tell one sided stories but never admit what you did to warrant such actions.

I just wonder what the truth really was because you people have nothing better to do with your lives. I've ordered products in the past from CompuTech, had no problems and the reason why there policies are pages long is to cover their asses from people like you all!

The person above must be a friend of the owner of the company in question to make the remarks they have just made, or they're simply idiots.  Did you not read the reports?  I went 3 months with no items shipped, which is beyond reasonable expectations from a consumer after paying for a product.  It has now been 5 months and still do not have the item ordered.  The actions of this fraudulent company are illegal and they need to be taken down.  I am a victim and have done nothing to deserve the treatment I received from them.  I paid for a product that I never received and now they aren't even in contact with me.  If you run your company as this company does you should be put out of commission as well.  It was clearly set up to take your money and send nothing in return, which is illegal in this country as well as most others.  The authorities and courts will catch up to these criminals one day.  I lost under $50 and although it pissed me off it was worth the price of the lesson I learned from purchasing from another fraudulent company as them.  Since you have the balls to speak your opinion here why don't you reveal the name of the company you own?  Let us(the consumers) decide whether or not your previous post should even be considered in this conversation.  For what it's worth, I have shown all correspondence, including emails, I have had with this fraudulent company.  I have nothing to hide.....

Im a store owner myself, and Im just amazed on how many of you people are nothing but a bunch of liars! Reading through every single complaint, there is one thing in common. You did something on purpose thats against the agreement. You consitently sling what I preserve is lies just to slander this company. You dont base any real facts nor do you disclose the whole truth.

Alot of your complaints is for one reason, an attempt to discredit someone because you more than obviously did something you knowingly did. You prob. threatened this company made some sort of chargeback because they didnt give into your childish acts. Now your just being bigger babies and trying to disgard the facts.

When that company replied, they replied with actual data and you children just replied with even more garbage never bothering to rebuttle what that company was saying. That to me was the convincing part that said your full of it.

The ecommerce websites are designed to state policies if any type of company decided to place them. When you buy an item, it makes you click on an agreement button that states you agreed to a specific terms and conditions of the sale. Whether you read it or not, and it seems like none of you have, thats the terms of the sale. You file chargebacks, the company gets hit with a fee from the processor. That was your actions that caused that company a fee aka damages, a company or entity has a legal right to sue for damages, provided its disclosed upfront prior to a transaction.

All your hupla sounds like you did something to violate the agreement, the company probably acted within the agreement and your just throwing mud at the company.  I havent heard one of you even say, yeah I knew there was a policy that warranted that action and I did something for that company to take action.

Company's dont go after buyers for nothing especially when they need you to make a living. So beyond all your smoke jobs your doing, its clearly obvious your not disclosing what you all did to get that company to go after you. Its more than likely you did something that you knew about in the agreement that the company decided to enforce because of your actions.  So save your melodrama! I've been there and seen how you people act.

Simple, if there's a problem with something contact the company in a professional manner. Your not going to get anywhere by making threats thinking someone is going to get scared of you and jump at your feet. Yeah I'm convinced it was you guys doing something against this so called company that got you into trouble with them and more than likely deserved it.

Well, Compu Technologies is certainly living up to their reputation!  Here is the last reply I got on their "support site" continued from above regarding an item I purchased on 9/25/11, said it was shipping on 11/10/11, and here it is on 12/8/11 and I still do not have the item.  Instead I am told I have violated their "buyer conduct policy" by asking for a refund or a tracking number!  Holy crap!! Really?  What do they expect??  Sure, I'll wait patiently while you screw me out of my money and continue to come up with more BS........NOT!  Judge for yourself, have I acted unprofessionally, made blackmail threats, or filed a chargeback??  NOOO....

order, spamming, initiating any type of blackmail threats, will be found in

CHARGEBACK/COLLECTIONS: Any buyer who initiates a
chargeback/credit card dispute will be sent to a collection agency and be
reported to the credit bureaus to recover the fees charged by the merchant
processing companies. Any chargeback which are found to be fraudulent in nature
will also be reported to the appropriate authorities for mail order fraud. Any
buyer filing a chargeback/credit card dispute will be assessed an eighty-five
chargeback/credit card dispute fee. If payment for these fees are not paid in
full by the stated due date, the buyer will be sent to a collection agency,
where an additional seventy dollar collections fee will be added. If after this
second attempt to recover funds has not been successful, the collection agency
will be instructed to report the debt to all of major credit reporting agency.

RMA from our company will be subject to a forty percent stocking fee. In
addition, the buyer will forfeit any shipping & handling fees associated

the event the item is returned to company due to items being undeliverable due
to incorrect addresses, the buyer has moved, or any other information which the

alternate addresses or to a new address location with billing information that
does not match the shipment address of the product. It is the buyers
responsibility to ensure all billing information is accurate and up to date.

 

All buyers are responsible to be present at time of
delivery. In the event the package is returned, unclaimed or refused by the
buyer, the buyer will be subjected to a Forty percent restocking fee of the
product price in addition to the loss of the shipping & handling fees.

will be held harmless in the event the buyer has placed false or misleading

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: We are not responsible for any
claims made by our company or the manufacturer of the product with a customers
computing environment. All customers are responsible for contacting the
manufacturer in determining performance, compatibility, and the over all affect
of installing such item in the customers computing environment. We are not
responsible for any data loss or any other damage which result from the
installation of the item into the customers systems. We do not provide technical
support for any item sold by our company. Customer must be either knowledgeable
or seek a professional which can properly install any device sold by our
company to the customer. Seller is not responsible for any data loss; damage to
the buyers computing surroundings. Buyer will assume all liability for
purchasing an item based on the information they collected in making the
decision. The warranty policy is not covered based on this issue. All products
must be installed by a  qualified
technician who is in the computer field. In the terms of any device/hardware
which requires the buyer to open their computing system, the warranty will
cover only defective DOA upon arrival. Warranty will be immediately voided if
the buyer attempts to install any device into their computing system which they
are not qualified to handle.

 

TERMS OF SALE: All sales are regarding are final for
website purchases once the purchase has been finalized. The buyer agrees by
completing the checkout process, the sale becomes finalized. There are no
refunds unless the company does not ship product or is unable to obtain part
within 30 days of the transaction date. Shipping charges under any
circumstances are non refundable. Any buyer returning an item without an RMA

WARRANTY: All items will have a 7 calendar day DOA

company in regards to any defects or mechanical defects, other then

assume any and all liability on the product and accept the item in its original
condition. Warranty does not cover compatibility issues, misuse of product,
tampering, or any other issue except if product is damaged or upon delivery. If
package is lost due to courier, there is a wait time before a claim can be
filed for a lost package time. If any product is defective, a RMA number and a
courier damage claim form will be sent to the customer. These documents must be
completed and enclosed with the defective item prior to any exchange taking
place. This RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package
and must be returned  no later then 5
days of the issue date of the RMA number to the customer. All materials, such
as cables, documentation, software, must be enclosed with the return of the
item. The item must be professional packaged upon its return back to our
company. We reserve there right to refuse any package which has not been
properly packaged, contains no RMA number displayed on the packages exterior,
any documents have not been enclosed or not completed correctly, tampering or
medication of the item, if buyer acts in a less then professional manner, or if
it has been received after the 5 calendar day due date. Customer is responsible
for monitoring the package, all shipping charges for returning the item back to
our company. If product is found to be in working order, company reserves the
right to either return the package back to the buyer or impose a forty percent
restocking fee due to warranty claims not being stated accurately by the buyer.
We do not reimburse for shipping charges for 
items. RMA exchanges will only take place once the defective item is
received and analyzed by our support department. Any buyer who does not obtain
a RMA number, fails to follow our warranty procedures, will have their item
immediately refused.

Same old, same old. Ordered product in mid-October, received the last week of November. Don't know if it will work, but I hope it does as the whole process of filing any kind of claim is purposely impossible and intimidating.

I wouldn't have ordered this, but had passed it along to my secretary who dutifully ordered it. When we were 3 weeks without any communicationor product, we went back to contact the company.  Guess what? No contact information.

This just seems to be a shady way to do business, and the rebuttals above speak volumes about the quality of customer service one can expect. I would shy away from this "company" ever again. I will post an update later as to the quality and functionality of the dirty, sticker-residue covered part that I received.

I also ordered from this company and the 10 days allotted for shipping of my product have come and gone, no parts. Sigh, here we go...

This is about the most unprofessional operation I've encountered in a while. I shouldn't have ignored the warning signs when placing my order. Obscuring physical contact info, generic company names, correspondence with generic domain names, lack of company names in correspondence, etc. 

The most amusing part to me so far is the (presumable) proprietor's nasty, aggressive tone rebutting these ripoff reports. Take a look at this section from their "company policies":

The guy who said the remark about the Contact Info is correct, things should be worked out in a professional manner.

Lets get one thing perfectly straight, we do not hide our contact information whatsoever. After the completion of the sale, they are given email after email after email, which on the top line it states the URL to our support site. They are given 5-6 emails to the email address that they had provided on the sales order. There is no excuse whatsoever these people can use for non contacting our company.

Chargeback departments know this for a fact, that people dont even bother to contact the merchant and decide to let the credit card company's handle their complaint. This is for one reason, they are too lazy to do it themselves. They figure its no cost to them whatsoever to log online into their credit card account and just chargeback away. It takes less time to go to our website and complete a 10 second form.

What these jerkoffs dont tell you, is exactly that. They dont bother doing anything whatsoever, contact their credit card company and just chargeback away. It costs company's money everytime these people file chargebacks.

One of these idiots buys an item, then files a false chargeback stating he never authorized the charge, he looses the chargeback and then files another chargeback saying he never got the item, when there was signed proof of delivery on the item.

The CA guys admits that he had the package in his hands and purposely refused the item. Clearly states in the policies that there is a restocking fee and the loss of shipment charges for anyone who purposely refused the item. There is a decale right on the box that says it.

Everyone of these jerks knew exactly what the policies are and they had this atitude they didnt get a xxx about it and they did their actions with full knowledge of the agreement.

We would not be on here responding to this forum if we did something wrong! We go by the company policies in making the determination because like we said there are two sections of the checkout that deliberately state did you read it and agree to it. We put a second one on there in the checkout section to physically record the buyer's agreement long with their name and ip address. Things like this have to be done for the sole reason of people like this!

The second we go against our policies, we'll be the first one to admit it and the first one to do something about it. None of these complainers will tell you the entire truth, only their falsified beliefs to justify their actions. The only reason why they are on this complaint board is slander and nothing else. If we made the mistake we openly admit it period, no excuses no lies point blank say it! We dont act like a bunch of little babies - if we make a mistake we admit and are the first ones to do something about it.

If people are cool with us we are cool with them, but if they give us any crap like these people, we dont tolerate it and we're not going to put up with it. They filed a chargeback, some of them tried to dispute the collections, and immediately we showed proof of the debt owed. Another reason for these support site, is so there's no he said this and we said that, everything on the support site is black and white, written and cannot be changed or deleted.  We did have phone support, but people like this a-holes made us decide to go via the online support site. They'd call and hang up and then say they attempted to contact our company on weekends at 3 am in the morning. We saw it on the bank documents they purposely falsified to support their chargeback claims. If anyone is doing anything illegal to falsify bank documents to a support a false chargeback is illegal, so if we wanted to procecute for mail order fraud, we have more than enough documents to back it up. And the two know exactly who they are.

And the original report Paul Arking, he's the first idiot thats going to face legal action.

Lets make something perfectly clear. Every single one of these idiots that are writing and complaining all have one thing in common. They are filed false chargebacks and our company is taking actions against them from the legal document they agreed to at the time of purchase. Instead of telling you the truth they rather place their 1/2 truth lies.

The facts are even before you went through the checkout process and bought the item, it says clearly to make sure that you read the company policies. It states click here if you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale. It also states that one more time during the checkout process. It is spelled out in capital letters what the collections and chargeback procedures are. You agreed to them in two different sections.  And once the sale is completed the entire description of the company policies is displayed point blank. After that they receive 5 emails and have the company policies physically taped onto the box.  The estimated shipment time is also spelled out in policies and they were all delivered within the time frame. So dont tell us you didnt know those policies because anything else than a yes I did know, is full of crap! If you didnt agree to those terms, simple go buy it somewhere else.

In addition, every single email that gets sent out the top of every page has our support link to the site. So once again dont give us your BS that you didnt know how to contact our company.

All you idiots didnt bother to contact our company and you decided to file a chargeback for whatever your bs reasons are. You said I'm too lazy to go to a website and complete a support ticket. You decided to let your credit card company act as your arbritator.

You knew fell well the consquences of these actions and the direct actions you did as a result of them. Now your crying like a bunch of little 2 year olds (sorry to the 2 year old babies out there) spreading your lies.  You think you can do something to someone and get away with it. But the second someone stands up to fight back you go screaming like a bunch of idiots.

Its called a legal document, you signed it, all your information is on it and you were well aware of it. Not our problem if you read or didnt read it, the fact is you agreed to it. It was your actions that lead to our company taking actions and thats it.

Every single complaint from these idiots whether it was from the BBB or elsewhere, was immediately closed by these organizations for the sole fact they agreed to these policies, it was their actions that resulted in our company taking actions. We have a legal right to sue for damages for any entity commiting such actions, especially when they are premeditated.

As far as that idiot saying you can sue for 3x the court costs, you have to prove that we were at fault, that we acted against the terms and conditions of the sale. So keep dreaming!

Please refer to NJSA 56:8-2. You can sue for triple damages and attorney's fees also.  You just have to be able to prove your damages.  I suggest you contact an attorney who is familiar with filing these suits in Special Civil Part of NJ Superior Court.  I see way too many reports about this company's conduct.  Suspiciously, every complaining customer is a "whack job"or an "idiot" .  I have never seen a legitimate company respond to customer complaints so rudely and unprofessionally.  You guys who have legitimate, actionable claims should sue him now before your 2 yr statute of limitations expires.  Teach him a lesson, he has ripped off too many people already from the tone of these reports and rebuttals...

You're definitely not in the wrong if they breached any of the agreement themselves. In my case, they failed to follow up in the promised timeframe, and thereby broke their own agreement.

In any case, though, even if you did check that box and they did follow keep to their side of the "agreement", there's still no excuse for not handling things like professionals and trying to work things out with the customer, rather than sending absurd half-English threatening letters and tacking on ridiculous fees by any standards.

And, the fact that they hide their contact info on their web site is enough of a clue as to what their ulterior motive is: to screw as many people as possible.

SAME STUFF, DIFFERENT DAY! I ordered a motherboard through Alien Computer Technologies.....

billed 163.84 3-26-11 the same day I ordered it on the credit card it showed up Compu Technologies. Went through all the same run around stuff, after a couple weeks went by jumped through hoops to contact company to see if part shipped, no straight answer.

This company does not have an email or phone number to contact anyone.

After 30 days I sent a comment to the website if I did not receive tracking number and invoice I was going to reverse payment on credit card. They did not supply one.

A week later I reversed payment on 4-26-11 and bought a motherboard from another company came within 2 days. Over a week later I received a box from the post office only wording on it was PO Box 472 Denville NJ 07834. I had a feeling it was from them and, yes I refused to take box and it was sent back to them. They charged my card on 5-20-11 totaling 65.81 which I was not happy to pay but did because of the refusal and I understand and did not think I would ever see that box.

I received a letter 5-1-11 stating I had to pay another $80.45 + $60 chargeback fee. Did not pay.

Received another letter 6-20-11 now stating I have to pay the 140.45 + another $40 for a collections fee. Yes, I refused package. Only after I had sent them 10 + emails trying to get answers or a tracking number to even see if they were going to ship it. The part was ordered for a Small Business so I know and understand the business side of things I also know when I see a rip-off!

This compu technologies tries to scare people with all their 5 pages of policies, chargeback threats and collection agencies. I now know why they were so slow to go to the post office to have it delivered.

They are too busy calling collection agencies on good people that just want the product they ordered.

I wish someone could do something about this company!

 The sad thing is they will just start another webpage with a different name.

I always search the company I am about to buy from and Alien Computers did not pop up with any rip off reports.......But Compu Technologies sure does, if they spent less time on the policy emails and more time going to fed ex or ups they wouldn't have to deal with a collection agency.

I was also scammed by this company!!  DO NOT buy from Compu Technologies!  The EXACT same thing happened to me, EXACTLY as this guy is reporting!  

They never ship the item, they send you some fake USPS number that they used for some other package or something, they hide all their contact information, they don't respond to anything.

In fact, when I tried to get in touch with them, I was told something to the effect that "haha, we got your money, and you can just TRY to fight us!"

This company should be shut down by the government for all their scams. Just google their name and you'll see that almost ALL the results that come up have to do with people getting ripped off by them! 

DON'T BE A VICTIM LIKE ME and this other guy!

It makes me happy to see this very principled and driven consumer stand up for himself against this completely unreasonable vendor.  I wish you well!

For all you consumers out there, feel free to judge for yourself. Take a look at the broken-English, low-class name-calling that this vendor stoops to and think about whether this is the type of company you want to buy from. Think also about whether this frothing-at-the-mouth lunatic is the guy you want on the other end of your customer support when you have any sort of problem buying from them (and, trust me, you WILL have a problem).

In fact, I think this guy's ranting speaks so much for itself that I really don't have to say much else other than read my facts, check out the many pages of documentation that I have made PUBLICLY available, and then read what this guy responds and judge for yourself: who is the crazy, thieving, cheating, shady one... and who is the victimized customer? 

I will point out, though, that first the company claims the item was shipped to me, now this guy is saying that I "never bothered to pick it up". Which is it?  Make up your mind, or are your lies catching up to you?

Our attornies are now in the process of filing legal charges against this idiot for copyright infrigment for stealing our website design, slander and deffermation of character.
