Well glory be, in the mail today was a check for $20 from Buslink for my second rebate. I purchased the Buslink CDRW drive last November from CompUSA and mailed the rebates within a week. I got the $10 rebate in Feb. but they said they never received the $20 rebate request even though they were mailed in the same envelope! One UPC code and two rebates.
I find this totally unacceptable. I'll avoid purchasing any products from now own that have a rebate. CompUSA was no help when I called them. Retail businesses that advertise a rebate on products purchased from them should be responsible for seeing that you get the rebate and not some rebate center in podunk Arizona.

I purchased the same CDRW drive with two rebates. I sent them in and guess what? They claimed they got only one even though they were mailed in the same envelope!
Sent it again and never got the rebate.
BusLink is a rip off when it comes to rebates.
