CompUsa Bad Bad customer service Ripoff Nationwide Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

CompUSa online charged my credit card immediately, order got lost in transit with their own courier; Customer Service could not track it. Would not credit my card until they received the item that i never received. Final upon receipt CompUsa would not release the credit back to my card for 7-14 days. Why?
They don't know either!
