I set up an account on Compuserve using a CD with first month Free using my debit card. The first month was indeed free and after that each month around the 26th or 27th my checking account received a debit of $9.95 until yesterday when I went to use my debit card and it was declined at the store where I was making a purchase. The bottom line is I found out there was a debit of $588.63 from my checking account the day before. This is wrong! I have been unable to get through to their billing dept. by calling the 800# and no online response from them yet. I'm sure after reading all the complaints here and else where online that I will never get any of my money back. Compuserve/AOL is a total ripoff! Beware!
