Microsoft Online Billing Ms WA deducted $164.95 from my checking account.

This was deducted on 8/3/08 and I have spent all this time battling Microsoft for a refund.

My bank confirmed the money was deducted and paid to Microsoft Online Billing Ms WA, but they did not have a phone number on them.

I want the money refunded ASAP and hopefully some sort of class action will be brought agains these thieves for stealing money from people.
