Ordered 4 items with 5 rebates all on the same day in May 2006. Processsed the rebates as per the websites which proved to be a challenge in and of itself. Rebates processing not consumer frendly to any extent. Followed the instructions and mailed each rebate in a separate envelope. checked back every week or so for status. Noted that all except one had been received/processed and that checks were being sent. Tried to ascertain the why/wherefores of the one not processed and was told was never received. Tried to send in my copy of same to no avail as their actions were FINAL. How do you lose a envelope with their computed generated address label? Very interesting. After 9-10 weeks no checks . Started sending emails. Was told to come back with a address as what they had was ?. Sent them address for the 4 rebates and still no checks. After many more emails was told checks has been sent in August 2006. They would recheck and if not cashed send replacements. Only sent two out of the four rebate checks and they have refused to answer any further emails. Tried calling but after waits in excess of 45 minutes abandoned thatidea. Sent emails to Tiger and they state contact OnRebate-PASSING THE BUCK. Have filed a Fraud complaint t w/the State of Florida and am working on Illinois as well.
Have been in contact w/Credit card issuer to have a chargeback issued to Tiger.com to get my money back. May bolix my credit and will boix Tiger.com as well
