Sent in all paperwork and got a email saying it was received and being processed. Later got an email saying the check was mailed, expect in 8-10 days. So far so good. Now almost a month later, no check. Been trying to call for days. Phone rings for 5-10 minutes without an answer, busy, or put on hold and then eventually disconnected.
