TCA Fulfillment Services, Wheresmyrebate.com ripoff Winnipeg, New Rochelle New York

I recieved an e-mail from this rebate place. I had sent in the correct UPC code and receipt and they said I did not (see letter below). So, in about 3 days I sent them back EVERYTHING that was on the box for my computer monitor and I got no reply and still have not (over 3 months later). I have checked on the website and no change in my rebate status either. I called them but got no answer.

I bought the item from Micro Center, so it may be them trying to rip me off with a bad rebate they hope I will not remember about. But I DO!!

Here is the original e-mail from these people about my rebate:
