This fomaxtech Company is a bulls**t where CEO hires the people & gives mentally torture to the employees it is a bulls**t f***ing company & the CEO is a big a** whole who doesn't know anything the infrastructure is very bad. no Privacy, systems are been hacked by other employees no proper timings it totally HELL..

There are no Accountants, no HR, no Receptionist, it is like a home where no proper facilities for employees nor visitors

The CEO doesn't trust the right persons always trust the bad guys, there is discrimination there no proper facilities, No employees benefits screwing the employees a*s always, doesn't understand what he talks, changes the topic when any requirements asked, mails are been hacked by co workers, even checking the systems when the employees are on leave without their permissions.

No proper appraisals, when the time of appraisals the CEO/Manager always tells that there is no performance for each employees, it i snot just once always happens the same whenever he wants to remove the employee he used to reduce the wages and not giving on time & mentally pressurizing, so that the employees needs to quit as there is no other choice

The salaries are not paid properly some times less or some times lately always after 7th of every month by cheques so that the employees should deposit to his personal account & wait till the clearance. There is no bank accounting from the company side.
