Computer Mechanix charged me $110 for fixing my computer, but didn't fix all the problems. Houghton, Michigan

On March 4, 2012 my computer was taken to Computer Mechanix for several problems.  Error with Windows Internet Explorer, computer running slow, can't do anything when page is loading, and IE Script error.  My husband asked Computer Mechanix if we could have our computer back on Friday, March 9, 2012.  They said that shouldn't be a problem.

When we went to Computer Mechanix on Friday, March 9, my computer hadn't even been looked at until Thursday, March 8, 2012.  I didn't get my computer back on March 9.

I called the next Monday, Tuesday, and finally after having it for 9 days they said it was ready.  We picked it up and paid $110 for the repairs.

When we got home, and hooked the computer back up, the error in Windows Internet Explorer would still pop up whenever I opened a page.  They didn't fix that.  They also didn't fix the IE Script Error.  I gave them a detailed type written sheet with what needed to be done.

I am not computer savy.  I know enough to make myself dangerous.  But, I typed in the first error message into google and up came a way to fix that error.  I did that and no more IE error.  Then, I typed in the IE Script Error and again a fix to the problem showed up.  I did what they said and the error was gone.

I have been calling Computer Mechanix since Thursday, March 15 and whoever answers says he'll give Eric, the owner, the message.  To this date Eric has not returned my phone calls.  I feel like they took $110 from us and didn't do all of the job.
