MCS Computers Charging for free software, rude on phone, bad customer service Chesapeake Virginia

I took my laptop into MCS Computers last month, the computer technician that looked at my computer, I think his name was Robert, looked at it and told me that I needed to get virus/spyware removal and he could take care of it and that it was really bad and nothing I could get could remove it, he said they use high tech removal programs. Well I after 12 days of calling and getting updates and them telling me that it is really bad and that they need to charge me an extra 79 dollars for an extra hour of labor added to the 69 dollars for the virus removal and 99 dollars for the spyware removal. Finally I picked the computer up and was going through it and it turns out after looking at my system log all they did was install spybot, ad-aware, avg, hijackthis, all free programs and did a removal and charged me almost 250 bucks for nothing. Along with that they lost one of the rubber supports my laptop sits on and there was a very nice scratch on my screen, I don't know if it was the tech or just the store in general but I would just be careful when bringing any computer here. I think that me giving them like even 50 bucks to TELL me what sites to download the programs they use would of been enough. I asked another tech that was there a later day what other programs they use for spyware removal in case they used one that they pay for and he said he couldn't think of any and seemed shocked when I said them all.
