After being charged $50 more than I expected for some software I purchase on the internet, I have been trying for 2 months to get a credit refund from these people - of course they had absolutely no problem charging my credit card. It's obvious these people are scamming me and others.

They continue to claim the charge has been refunded but my credit card company claims no refund has been sent to my account.

When I called your customer service for a confirmation number or something to prove to the credit card commpany that they have refunded the money, MyWebCS told me they couldn't give me that information, that I would have to contact PAYGEA (www.paygea.com). When I went to the PAYGEA website the only phone number listed was in Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - I live in the US! No other contact information existed.

I called MyWebCS (aka MarketBill.com) again and spoke to an "agent" (whatever that is)- she seemed to know immediately who I was without even asking my name (I found this very odd). She told me they refunded the money and there was nothing they could do about the processor. Then she sent me 4 emails with the same information that was already listed on my account which didn't help me at all. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they did not allow customers to speak with managers. The only other thing I was given was a reference number and still no refund.
