The fact of the matter is, the display page of the site is all about hacks, and the advertising of them being VIP within. The purchase of the VIP status is to get you into the VIP forum, and the only reason anyone would do so is to get to the hack. From start to finish, the advertisement is VIP HACK HACK HACK.... It's not until you actually make your purchase that you do see their cheesy cover up policy that gets them out of a legal bind of not actually getting prosecuted for selling the hack itself, as well as providing customer support. 

So if you want to come hard to the table, bring the flat facts, and not some lingo on a page written by street hustlers. That's the only thing that's going on here. As a matter of fact, their home or "landing page" is all about the selling of the VIP hack, and it's made abundantly clear through that page, as well as the structurized SEO of the site meaning "search optimization", meta keywords...ect for those of you who don't know, that you are coming there to purchase the hacks.

The policy that you posted is crap, and anyone can see that with a blind eye. Anyhow, my paypal request as well when dealing with their support rep will show that they "too" knew this to be the case as they were ready to fix things and provide that support for the product, and were just too incompetent to do so... Ironically, they didn't want to help me by "fixing the forum" now did they.

I have nothing but good things to say about FPSCheats.com. You mentioned that you could not get Combat Arms to operate properly using the cheat software. You do realize that software (all software) may operate differently or not at all on certain hardware? Also, the status of cheats and other similar issues are discussed at length on the forums there. It is hardly their fault that you did not take advantage of this information before moving forward with a transaction.

Getting help from a mod is not always ASAP. Most of the time things work like they are suppose to. And when they don't you can get help. But as someone stated it appears that the mods are young and are not always on. I am not an IT tech, but I know how to correct a problem most of the time. But when it comes to using the hacks it can get very complicated. I am sure that there is a very good reason for this, but these hacks almost always get labeled as a virus by A/V programs. And that is where the problem occur most of the time. As I said you can get help on how to work around these problem. I recently tried to fix a problem I am having by trying something I read in a post in the forum. Well it created a bigger problem. When I submitted a request for help with this problem the mod replied with "first of all what are you talking about" I stated what I had done in the post and I didn't think it could be more clear. If he had of said please explain where you got the info that you used and what has it done, I might not be writing this now. They need more mature acting people and they need for them to be on at a regular set time. I will say I have never has a problem how I pay for my subscription.

My suggestion in the future is to READ the Term and Condition and the FAQ before signing up and paying for a services like this.

If the game is crashing when you try to load the hack, post a question in the Forum and someone,whether it be mod, admin or member will assist you.  There are some specific configurations needs to insure it works on all system types, you just need to follow the guides.
