I ordered a Power Supply for a customer from CSO. I paid extra postage so I could get it as soon as possible. After waiting a week, I e-mailed CSO checking the status of my order. The Power Supply had not even been shipped yet. When it was shipped, it wasn't sent the faster way I had paid extra postage for. I received the Power Supply more than two weeks after ordering it. After only two weeks the Power Supply died for no reason. I got a RMA number after three tries. I returned the Power Supply USPS first class with delivery confirmation. The USPS confirms the package was delivered. Computer Surplus claims they never received it. I bought the same "New Power Supply" on eBay for less, and less postage.
