I worked from home as a Lead Generator for a guy named Jay Carter at Computer Systems and Methods. I work Jan 19 and 20th and was told I would be paid by paypal on the 20th. The 20th came and went. When it was time to get back to work on Monday the 23rd, I questioned where payment was and he said something about not being in the office on Friday and that he would pay me today, meaning Monday. Monday came and went so I stopped dead in my tracks. When I asked where payment was (once again) he had another excuse about that he was driving and would do it when he got home. Now when Tuesday came and I send him another invoice and reminder, he stopped taking my calls and completely ignored all emails from that point on. I also know of another person that he did this to so I am certain there are lots more

Jay Carter did not pay me as well

I also had a expereince with the same Jay Carter and he did not pay me. He would not answer his calls or emails. I did get a hold of him and he said I will be paid yesterday, which was Friday and I still have not been paid. Jay will not answer his phone or responds to emails either. I guess from reading about him online, this is a normal practice of Jay to have someone call for him and not pay them.

Three weeks later and one day after submitting this report, I was paid. $7 short but still paid
