I purchase a computer from www.CUKUSA.com on 5/30/16, my card was charged 6/1/16. Received no updates whatsoever, I called persisently on 6/3/16, sent several emails but no response. I called several times on 6/6/16 also with no response, they finally decided to give me a call back on 6/6/16 in the afternoon only to inform the computer I ordered a week ago was not in stock. 

Any reliable company would not have unavailable items listed on their website, if the item some how slipped the cracks and did not get removed for whatever reason you would think a reliable company would contact you immediately prior to charging your card to inform you that the item is not in stock. 

 

CLEARLY Computer Upgrade King is not a relaible company. I read many negative reviews but decided to give them a try due to low pricing. I'm now starting school without a computer thanks to CUKUSA.com

 

They called to inform they were cancelling the order without providing a solution to their mistake, isn't that lovely?

I received a call from Computer Upgrade King on 6/1/16, the person calling failed to mention the product was not in stock. I should've been made aware the product was not in stock within 24 hours of me placing an order on your website. Do not try to pass the blame on Amazon they have no knowledge of your inventory.

 

You took zero responsibility and gave me absolutely no solution to your error other than cancelling the order. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

We have records of emails sent on Jun 1st and June 6th.  We answered all emails the same day, and if our Customer Service team is on the phone, we have a message advising to leave a message. We prefer this method over making a customer wait on hold, as our team can be on a long technical support calls, and being on hold for 30 minutes or more is generally not pleasant.


We return all calls received the same day within our business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM, Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.  We searched the voicemails and cannot find a record of this customer leaving a voicemail. Nor can we find a record in the call log for the number provided by the customer to have us call them back, which we did at 11:29AM Eastern Time June 6th, after they called another number in our phone system, not associated with Customer Service, also on June 6th.  


The customer paid with Amazon Payments through our website, so payment is not processed by Computer Upgrade King and it is automated with Amazon Payments.  Our records show the only purchase attempts were on June 1st at 10:48AM Eastern Time, and initially the payment was declined by Amazon Payments and then later accepted.   All that being said, this listing should have not been up and we do apologize for this mistake on our end. We’re very sorry we did not notice the lack of the stock until 3 business days after the order was processed. This was due to internal miscommunication. Again, we are very sorry for the human errors that were made that led to the cancellation of the customer’s order.
