Bought a Cell Pal Holster from this company concealedcomfort.com. When it arrived I could instantly tell it was a piece of junk. It was extremely uncomfortable and would fall off when I moved. It's really nothing more than a piece of very stiff, extremely uncomfortable leather. It creates a huge bulge in your pants that everyone can see. I immediately emailed them requesting an RMA number since they advertised a 15 day return guarantee.
The company did not respond so I emailed them again and still no response from concealedcomfort.com. There is no doubt that they did receive the RMA request but they know their product is a piece of junk and have no intention of giving anybody a refund that made the mistake and purchased this product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a complete ripoff! They sell junk! They do not honor their return policy! They have no customer service if you have a problem! If you purchase something from them YOU WILL BE SORRY!
