This character Tony Sabatiele is nothing more than a common thief who hides behind his corporation while using it as a piggy bank for whatever he and his company need, without regard for paying subcontractors or contractors Concept Air hires.
Bills can sit for years without any intent on the part of Concept Air Conditioning & Heating of Maspeth to pay, ever. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, however as in most cases where the company is less than honest, everyone is trained to support the runaround. The boss is never in (Sabatiele) he never returns calls, faxes or emails as well as letters.
If you do business with this outfit, get ready to sweat until you see money if ever!

First, to the set the record straight I Tony Sabatiele do not own Concept Air Condition & Refrigeration and have never been an owner of this company. I have only been an employee since I started here and I do not have authority to pay bills or hire vendors.
Unfortunately, in some cases, Concept will hire a vendor that does poor quality work and Concept, in good faith cannot charge our customers or reward with payment those vendors that do such unprofessional work. This decision does not come from me but is decided by the project manager's and Owner. I do stand behind their decisions to only reward quality workmanship.
Last but not least, anybody that knows me, knows me to be a fair and honest person. When in the field or in the office I always answer my cell phone and office phone.
