Connect Buy Internet

 I ordered an item from Connect Buy for my son for Christmas. ..a variety box of Old Spice bidy washes. I ordered this via Amazon under Prime, to take advantage of two day shipping. This item was ordered on Dec. 9th. Hiwever, I later got a confirmation that the item was preparing for shipment and to expect it between Dec 15th and Dec 20th. I accepted this, even though that didn't seem quite right for two say shipping. I kept watch on this, and finally got the confirmation that it had shipped, was on its way, and was expected to arrived by Dec 20th...so much for prime, right? I kept trying to track the item, but no tracking information was ever provided.

On December 20th, no package. December 21st, no package. I had already sent inquiries about where my item was, but got no answers. Finally, on December 22nd I received an email from Connect Buy stating that they had sent me a previous email that my item was on backorder and that now my item order was cancelled. Now first of all, had they sent me an email about this, I would have found an alternate source for the item, they did NOT. Second, why would the status say shipped amd on its way and give a date for arrival if it was on backorder? Lastly, why would they wait to do this until two days before Christmas and after I had made several inquiries? And then to make it all worse, I tried to post a bad review on Amazon about this, and was sent an emails stating that my review would not be posted. I guess they only qant good reviews, not honest ones!
