Update

AUTHOR: Connie bush - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 13, 2009

Aln update from this report filed against me (Connie Bush).  The lady that wrote it has sense sold all her dogs, even the one she got from me. The dog was sold to another breeder and the dog has passed all of his clearance as good. If you go to (ofa.org) and put in ( Lil Bit- O-Goldens Little Deuce Coup) you can see for yourself. Also, the other guy that I mention in that report also, has sold his dog ( Satin Sea Artic Tundra) that he bought from me to another breeder and that dog has passed his pin hips and is being used for breeding. Since then I have found out that it has been proven that genetics is only responsible for about 25% of bad hips in dogs and that 70% to 75% of bad hips are caused by environmental issues.

False Allegations

AUTHOR: Connie Bush - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 14, 2008

I am Connie Bush, the owner of Lil Bit-O-Golden's Farm. The information given in the original report is false. I have had problems with two people who have gotten a puppy out of a litter I had last winter. Their puppies were not up to their standards as far as their hip scores, therefore, they had wanted to be refunded their money which I wouldn't do. I have a two year health guarantee that covers hips, meaning if either of their dogs would've had failing hip scores I would have done for them what my contract states. Which would have been to take their puppy back and replace it with a pup from another litter with different parents.

Also, in order for my contract to be valid the person buying a puppy has to follow what it states in my contract. One of these two people I've had problems with did not follow ANY of my contract, therefore, I was not willing to even think about working something out with him. The other followed my contract, but when it came down to it her dogs hips were still passing and I felt there was nothing wrong with the dog, it just wasn't good enough for that person.

As far as neither my Sire or dam having their hips done this is not true. My Sire has had his hips x-rayed, his pre's were good, and when I took him in for his finals they weren't as good. I strongly believe (and my vet agrees) that this is due to an accident were he had been kicked by a horse 6 months prior to his finals. My dam has had her pre x-rays done which were good, I have not taken her to get her finals though. I have not told anyone different than what I just stated.

Yet, these people still think that it is a genetic disorder, even though, the parents, grandparents, and so on to both my male and female have had passing hips. Therefore, I don't see how it is possible it is genetic in my Sire.

Even through all of this one of these people ended up having a litter of puppies out of their dog and are selling them with Full Unlimited Registration, though he/she feels their dog has a "genetic disorder" And is now selling the dog, but supposedly neutering him first. The other person is selling their dog with Full Registration also, and has him advertised for a Stud Dog. Though this person states that the dog has a passing hip score, it just wasn't up to his/her standards and wanted me to refund them their money when nothing is wrong with the dogs as they state in the advertisment.

I am not mentioning any names or the names of these people, because I do not want any further contact or ties with either of them. Though I strongly feel that one of you two posted this about me, I hope you realize that you are being hypocritical with how you are doing things with your dogs.
