My husband and I sent a $260 deposit on November 29, 2013 for a golden retriever puppy. This puppy was to be 8 weeks and ready for us to pick up on January 22, 2014. Afterwards I saw all the bad reviews for this seller from an internet search, and I requested a refund. Never once in writing did I saw that we didn’t want the puppy. I have all our emails screenshot and saved. She said the deposit was non-refundable I said we still wanted the puppy since we had already paid half the purchase price. She was not friendly in her emails, and has now listed the puppy back for sale. So we have lost $260.

The seller and I worked out a resolution regarding this matter.
This report was filed before we reached our resolution, and unfortunatley this website does not remove reports.
