we purchased a mitsubishi tv from conns. and had numerous problems with it the lamp has been replace three times. the light engine was replace two times.had to call for service.when i called mr humfree he said that it would be fix this time. so conns came and pick it up.did not leave a loaner like mr humfree said. my tv was in repairs for three weeks. on the day it came back we turned it on. it work find but after one day.it went out so now we have to reset it one or two times a day now i called mitsubishi.the man on the phone told me to tell conns to send them the service report on the tv .so mitsudishi can authorize to replace the tv.but conns will not take the time to do it.conns servicemanger mr humfree will not take my calls or return any of my calls so now we are waiting to here if it will ever happen. so i printed some flyer out. that said do not buy from conns service after the sales sucks.me and my boys will pass out the flyers at all the conns stores. till this happens i will keep printing the flyers and passing them out. conns is the right name for this company. i tell all of my friends not to buy from conns. i know that there are alot of people that have had problems with conns. so beware of conns.

While other companies stand behind their product, Conns hides behind theirs. The sad fact of the matter is that there is no one in the service department that is willing to return a phone call or make good on their promises. This is just one typical example of the way they chose to do business, I have seen first had 100's of others.
Best Buy replaced the other person's TV when they deemed it not worthwhile to repair, and Conns may do the same; in a year or two! In the meantime, the customer's calls will go unanswered, more promises will be made and not kept, and the terrible shame is that Conns knows their system is broken and they refuse to fix it.

I here your problem trust me I have bought from Conn's before but really had no real problems from them with there extended warranty the problem is the tv you bought. I bought a Mits. tv from Best Buy and the Conn's along with Circuit City carry s the same one I know that this is a fact the Mits. tvs are crap ever since I bought mine I have had the same problem the wheels going bad lights burning out all the time among othere things hell mine was so bad Best Buy replaced it with another one that was new because they were tired of coming out here and the new one did the same thing after 4 months

then Best buy would fix it then the extended warranty kicked in all ways the same thing wheels, bulbs and other crap finally Best Buy just told me that they would refund my money for the extended warranty because they did not want to service my tv anymore because Mits. was making bad tvs and not wanting to reimburse them for there service. I read the customer reviews on this tv line at Best Buy and Circuit City all bad reviews on this tv and they all say the same thing about the tv bad lights, bulbs, wheels not coming on and other things so just thought I would let you know.

I am not in any way sticing up for Conn's but the tv maker is just crap and they suck. I finally just broke down and bought a Sony 60" Brov. and it was only 1,400 100.00 less than the Mits. I love it wish I would have just settled for 5" of less tv in the first place and bought this one until I seen the Mits. for 100.00 more and thought 5" of more tv and more hdmi ports. As far as the Mots go I took a sledge hammer and broke it then shot it with the 12 gauge.
