Conn's Defective Franklin Chair Recliner Cedar Park Texas

The Franklin Recliner chair broke down on the right side of the seat cushion and you sit at a terrible angle. It also has a terrible chemical smell that has not gone away.

We reported it to Conn's and after about three weeks they had a repair company from San Antonio (Kelly's) send a repairman to check it out. He said the chair bottom needed to be replaced plus the cushion and it needed to be recovered to get rid of the smell. Well after several attempts to just replace the chair, Conn's just wanted to send another repairman to check it out again. The repair company (Kelly's) said Conn's would not replace the chair. And will not refund our money.

Now we have a broken chair and out over $200.00. Conn's is the most crooked, shady, rip you off Company I have ever done business with. And They also ripped my sister off there in Cedar Park with a side by side refigerator. But I didn't know until after the fact.

To all the people who have been treated badly by Conn's, just tell your friends and family. Send it over the internet until they holler calf rope. And a final note. I think they have over a dozen store manager's in Cedar Park because we never talked to the same person twice and always got the same run around and BS.
