I looked up this company to try and make the phone calls that come from an inmate at a federal prison a little more economical. Talked to 2 different customer service people before even signing up for service because I wanted to make sure that it wasn't a scam, they never mentioned that the services couldn't be used because they are bouncing off land-line phones which is the same as making a three-way call which federal prisons consider this as a violation of the rules. So once I learned that I can't use the number to receive phone calls I immediately called to cancel my service so that I won't loss any more money not being able to use the number.
Now, the other thing the customer service people won't tell you is that it will take 5-7 weeks before they even process the refund. They take all of 2 mins. to take your money out of your account but it takes longer than 8 weeks to try to give you a refund. They are ready to take your money but on giving a refund they have put an all stop to that. They won't give you an address to write a complaint, they won't give you a supervisor so you can complain, they won't transfer you to the refund department. It can be frustrating because they don't understand how it can be.
