ConsCallHome Rip Off! Stole my money! Fort Myers Florida

I purchased their services on 2/27/14 for $54 and called them as soon as I did it because I was having problems with their services. They told me that their services were not available in my area. 2 whole months later, after numerous phone calls and emails, they refunded me only $40, saying that $14 of it was for account set up and it was nonrefundable. There was no account used because IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA. I called them as soon as I got the $40, today 4/29/14, and their story is different. Now they say that their services are available in my area, but I wouldn't benefit from them.
