conscallhome Refund Internet

in early december 2012 i signed up with conscallhome for a discounted phone service so i could talk to my son who is in prison.  3 days later i called and cancelled the $183.17 plan, i was told it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my refund.  i waited the 8 weeks and no refund, i have called conscallhome in regards to my refund at least 10 different occasions. they will not refund my money and will not let you talk to a supervisor.  beaware of this company do not do business with them
