This company, I believe on purpose, does not supply you with all the correct information so that they can take your money and run.  After signing up for their program for inexpensive phone calls at the jail, I realized after talking with the rep., that it would cost me more to make calls through them and then through a phone provider. They informed me that the program was only for long distance calls and that local calls did not save any money.

It did not explain this on the pages you read before you signed up.  The rep. after agreeing with me that it would cost more to go through them and then a provider to connect the call at the jail........but they would not refund me the whole amount, I would only get the $25.40 phone minutes that I paid for.  The set up fee of $19.96 would not be refunded.

Instantly, I argued that this was such a rip-off and how many people had they fooled by not stating that local calls did not work with their program.  He was not kind with me and said he would discontinue my account and send the refund. Here it is three weeks later and no refund.

We are already traumatized by the fact our loved one made a bad decision is now paying for it, why are they making us pay too.
