Conseco - Green Tree Finance Ripoff Keep Complaining Don't Stop Tempe Arizona

Keep complaining, don't dare give up! I finally found the class action lawsuit that was filed in Florida. Here is the link:

It is in regard to RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act)
where it is federally mandated to have been notified 15 days prior of the transfer from Conseco to Green Tree. I don't think anyone got those notifications. If you have the case written out maybe you guys can find an attorney in your individual state to start a class action. The wording is there, the work is all done for them, all they have to do is file the same suit. I am looking up addresses for anyone that wants to know who to notify in their state to file a complaint. I am getting emails from all over the country!

It's unbelievable how these people operate!!
