My loan for this mobile home was never intended to fall into the hands of conseco/aka greentree financial. My troubles started almost immediately. My 5 year maintenance agreement was totally disregarded 6 months into the contract. Spots in the ceiling from water damage caused by incorrectly placed vents was totally thrown out after the first servicemen could not correct the problem. After that I was told the servicing department was moved to Georgia and did I expect them to come back to NC to fix it?
From this point, I filed a report with consumer protection---got behind on payments trying to rectify a roof leaking in 2 spots, and throwing water in places where electtrical wiring were housed. I gave up speaking to the nasty, foul mouthed representatives and decided to give the place up. I was told there was no way out of the contract, and now I believe it!!!!
I now am told to send the payments to Baltimore, Md, and there are no means what-so-ever to complain about your treatment. If you call this number 800-643-0202 you will be met with so many jerks who are not skilled with their bufoonery.!
