conslines had me purchase a service online to receive discounted phone calls from prison and when call came through could not accept. it. i have no 100 minutes as promised. Infact, zero minutes. San Diego Internet

Purchased a plan for discount phone calls from prison to talj to my son on April 13 on website conlines for over 8 dollars. Email said could take a few hours to activate. Next day still no email about activation. Called number and only could leavr message. My son called 2 days ago and call could not go through because there were no minutes. Called the company again and left message and still nothing.
