I signed up for services and processed credit card payment. A few hours later I discovered my son was released from jail. I asked for refund and cancellation.

I waa told via email the account was canceled but nite refund was due even though no services were ever rendered. 

I contacted my credit card company and disputed charge, so payment was canceled. Consline replied that I was being charged $100 for non payment of services I never received. If I did not part the $100, they would turn me over to collection. 

I admit I should have researched the company and my sons release, but I'm glad I didn't get involved with this company. 

I can't say how the service worked, but the customer service stinks.

Customer tried to commit fraud

Customer ordered service and then did not want to pay for it, then tried to commit fraud to us by cancelling credit card we advise to customer the bank may charge you a penalty of $100 for online fraud. Any question contact us at info@conslines.com
