consolenow Joseph Shanahan Ripped me off $2650.36 for game consoles he never delivered Montreal Quebec

Joseph Shanahan will post ads in CraigsList looking for users with current ebay IDs to sell game consoles as a drop ship.  Here is his first email to me.

ConsoleNow is a startup company located in the Montreal, Canada.  We help Ebay sellers add high demand products from our extensive catalog to sell at their store, ship the orders directly to customers all over the world, and help increase their profits.
Here at ConsoleNow, we are currently looking to recruit ebay sellers who are not NEW to ebay and with pretty moderate portfolio (with some good feedbacks) who could resell items for us on ebay and get 10 percent share of the sales price.

Do you think you’re qualify? See the requirement below:
-Before you apply for this position you must be residing in the USA
-You must have experience on how to sell items on eBay
-Your eBay, Paypal accounts MUST be verified and should be more than 6 months old. Preferably more than 1 year old with no restrictions
-MUST have some good feedbacks on your ebay account

Daily Task:
-You will send a sales report at the end of each day; items will be posted the next working day
-You should have the time in the day to answer customer questions, list items and create sales reports

About the job:
-We will provide listing descriptions, images etc to make the experience interesting
-Auctions will be BIN (Buy-it-Now) in Fixed price format for most items
-You will receive 10 percent per sale (we pay ebay/paypal fees) & at least $200 per day guaranteed!
-Shipping for most items is free
-Items will be shipped once we receive payment and tracking numbers will be provided

I started by selling one unit and waiting for delivery of the unit; once that was done, we sold another two and they both went smoothly and both were also delivered with the customers leaving positive feedback.  Then he asked me to sell 10, so I did, once again depositing the cash into his WellsFargo acct.  I've been left negative feedback from most of the customers, but what's worse is that I've had to refund everyone with my own money $2650.36, giving everyone $340 each.  I'm heartbroken for being naive and falling for this scam and want to make sure I warn everyone out there about him.  If someone knows what I can do to file criminal charges, I would appreciate it.
