I was called about a year ago asking if I was Justin, which I am and if the phone number was correct, it was. I was working the night shift and I wasn't thinking clearly when they called to begin with. But what they said sounded good.

I was to recieve four years worth of magazines for $3 a week. Not bad, until they started charging $60 a month for a year. I called to cancel and get my money back. I was told NO! becuase it was past my ten day limit to cancel, so I was rudly told. They said that it was explained to me in my welcome packet. I NEVER GOT A WELCOME PACKET! I asked to talk to the manager and I was rudely told that he couldn't help me becuase I was stuck with the bill and the only thing that he could do was tell me the same thing that this guy was telling me. then I was hung up on. I called back and lord behold, the same guy answered the phone. Click, hung up again. So I waited to see what magazines I would get. Crappy ones. I got 5 magazines total, not 4 years worth, but 5, count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. thats it. I called, and called, and called. Pretty soon I was getting bills saying that I am overdue. Well duh, I ain't paying for what I ain't getting! Then I was getting calls saying that I am a perffered customer and that I was to get special offers, all they need is to "confirm" my bank account. NO WAY! I have since had to file with FTC, and BBB, I've disconnected my phone, and changed bank accounts. All I wanted is my money back. I have recieved calls three times a day, each time I tell them that I am sleeping (work nights) and not to call anymore. three hours later the same person calls again, and again. ENOUGH OF THIS. I want this to go away. My friend emailed me about this web page I can't beleive, actually I can beleive, that so many people have been ripped off by the same people, all with the same story. Buy magazines, get free watch, pay lots of money, no magazines, no watch. Except my story includes a diamond tennis braclet and sweepstakes for $50,000, and I actually got a couple of magazines. Not the four years worth, but enough for them to say that they kept their end of the deal, WELL THEY HAVN'T! I hope that this company pays, and pays big time. GO TO HELL CMS!
