I have worked for this company for 2 1/2 yrs. and seen first hand what this company has done to customers who call in from radio promos. first of all it's not free, you have to pay 129.00 supposively refunded deposit. But they fail to mention it's only with certain hotels & casinos. then they tell you, you will have several choices of hotels to choose from on the las vegas strip Which is not true. theres only six hotels such as; SAHARA, Riviera, Tropicana, Circus,Circus, Casino Royale & The Monte Carlo, and with @ least 2 of the hotels there is a non-refundable deposit. Then once you give deposit. you are told a representative will call you in 72hrs. They start calling as soon as 4 hrs and everyday after that and I can tell you, they call many times a day. not leaving messages.

only harassing customers to booked dates. This is not a drug free company, theres no tests to be taken. promotions are a joke. I've seen many people walk in one day and there managers the next day without any experince only because they know the boss. This company cares nothing of there employees, seems the longer you work there the worst it is. I took time off to get help with alcoholism and was terminated, what a company. I know much more about this company. BEWARE

Trying to gather info for a class Action lawsuit

AUTHOR: Derf - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, October 19, 2008

Hello,

I am working with a group of owners that are trying to get a Class action lawsuit going against this company. Can you please give me as much information about this company and the way it treats people during the sales and afterwards that you know about? Do they train the sales staff to say certain things or to do certain things? I have several points that I would love to directly ask you to verify but it maybe construed that I lead you into these issues and as a disgruntled employee you were only saying those things to get even with the company.

Please tell us as much detail information as you can about Consolidated Resorts? The more the better.

Check out some of the other post on Rip-off.com.

Thanks

Fred Rose
