Well first this guy goes from running a pump and dump business in Novato and FAILS at that and now I found out that he's running a sorta new company in San Rafael? What ever you do, do NOT GIVE THIS FRAUD A DIME! He will tell you time and time again that his company will make you a millionaire or more. Don't ever believe it. He has stabbed me in the back and several others in the back and even one time sicked his private bodygaurd after me.
Basically I was doing business with him in the past long ago and bottom line was, I NEVER GOT PAID. EVER! Someone has to seriously look into Jens Dalsgaard's payable accounts starting back in 2007 and I'm sure they'll find that several people got ripped off and STILL NEVER GOT PAID. I know from experience that he likes to pay people off to either A, go away, B do his dirty work or C he pays them for doing work but will get 4 or 5 times more than what he put in while screwing over the person he paid. As in otherwords...IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH HIM YOU WILL EITHER GO OUT OF BUSINESS or YOU WILL GO INTO DEBT!
You want to know what's really funny? On his site he supposedly has a FL location. THAT'S BULL. I know for a fact that he doesn't have a FL location cause someone who used to run that office told me that he no longer runs it and it went under! And he still has it on his site? WHAT A RIP OFF!
Jens is into penny stocks and ripping people off since day one. I hope that he'll fail as a poor man and the girl he's with will suffer too. Although I'm sure she's in the relationship only because of the promised money. Sweetheart if you're reading this trust me...all of his promises are empty just like the man he is. Empty.
I've known Jens Dalsgaard since 2001 and NOTHING good ever came out of him. Okay let's be fair for a second. He was "okay" till 2007. Then he started to rip people off and became the biggest fraud CA has eve seen. If he ever asks you to do something for him, don't do it. If he ever asks you for money, don't give it. If he ever asks you to work for him, forget it.
Jens Dalsgaard, pay back what you owe and stop borrowing/stealing other people's money.

This response is odd and out of place. It seems someone is trying to save face. Although I personally have had no affiliation with him for years now, I am aware of Mr. Dalsgaard's shady practices and am even privvy to the fact that he pulled the same scams off on his extended family. He pushed 'investments' on them and bought toys, properties, and the like. Despite him owning these things, he registered them under his 'investors' names. These items/properties have since been repo'd and/or gone into foreclosure destroying his victims credit. He peddles snake oil and sells it as gold. Someone should send him up the river...
The low company he keeps is a testament to the type of person he is. Stay away from this little oompa loompa!

everything that you said is absolutely 100% correct.... the only thing that you missed is that the majority of the money that he spends is on paid escorts.... his NEW wife is one... terri roberts was and most likely still is an escort...
she went by the name of tessa and met men off of websites called sipsap and other escort dating sites... she actually met jens throught sugardaddyforme.... this scum left his wife for her and now the two wives are like best friends.... his first wife was busted for some shady stuff too... that could be why terri has never publicly taken his name...they are both on facebook

I have worked with Jens Dalsgaard since 2001. I have the highest of respect for him and his team because I have seen first hand what he has done for his family and all the people supporting him over the past decade. If it wasn't for Jens Dalsgaard I would not be who I am today. He has taught me invaluable lessons on life and business that made me succeed as an individual over the past decade.
My following and I have made more money tracking Jens Dalsgaards work over the past 10 years than anyone has done for me in my life. As a regard to your comment regarding financials, I believe there is a lot more to it than what you write about and I can tell you that much of what you write seems to be blatently false. Frustration does much to an individual but I can tell anyone first hand that I am truly honored to be a part of Jens Dalsgaards endevours and have had some of the best days and times in my life with the man. I am absolutely sure you have too if you claim you know him so well.
