I have no issues with the nurses and helpers, but the management of this facility is terrible.

My mother passed away at their West Palm Beach facility of Consulate Health Care on December 8, 2015, but I pre-paid the entire  month of December for $8,305.50 on December 6, 2015.

They were over paid, and a refund is due to me for thousands of dollars, which I expected to get within a couple of weeks.  I was told a check will be mailed to me . That never happened.   All they have showed was  total contempt, lack of respect and lack of any compassion for all the grief that I am going through and expenses I have to incur.

For two months I have been asking for them to send me my refund.  I have phoned them weekly for a status, but each time I was told lies, excuses, that the checks for that week have gone out, it will be sent next week. Next week is always next week.  

On February 5, 2015, I phoned the facility, but no one took my call at their West Palm Beach office.

I have to deal with the grief of loosing my mother, and now the financial aspects, fighting with them for what is mine.

They are putting me through anguish at the worst possible time that no decent person would even contemplate.

Management at Consulate Health Care is of the lowest moral fiber of any group that I have ever incountered, and they are running a nursing home.

I would never recommend this facility to anyone, no one should have to go through all  this pain.
