I bought a phone from them and rec'd phone on July 25, 2017. After 4 days, they still have not properly transferred my service from Verizon.
I called CC at least 10 times to get it straight. The recording says you'll be attended within 5-15 minutes.put you on hold for at least 30 minutes. Alternatively, they tell you can leave a number and have them call you back "within 15 minutes." They don't call back.
Three times I talked to a live person. The individuals were nice enough, but you can't get to them and they didn't take care of transferring my service from Verizon.
Seems obvious they don't hire enough people to take care of their customers.
On top of everything else, every time I call I have had to enter the last 4 of my social each time.
Don't fall for their hype. I'm getting out of this service IMMEDIATELY and asking AARP to drop their association with them!
