Consumer Finance ripoff Atlanta Georgia

I have wrote and email this company many times about a refund of my money.They told me no refunds on there letters if you send in a minimum of two letters of lenders that denied you they will refund your money. That has not happened they lied.I sent them in two lenders that denied me and I did not get a refund.They say it cant be from third party will they weren't and still no money from them.Get this I sent a payment through paypal two debits were made so I asked for a refund for one of the payments and they say it was paypals fault that two where debited out of my account.So I contacted paypal and they said to contact the company so they can send a refund back to my paypal account.Well nothing is happening about this matter so I am doing something about this.

I will contact anyone I can I want my money back. So I am contacting the FTC and the attorney general about this matter. They lied about getting a loan through their company. They say Our service is Guaranteed 100% yeah right what a crock.I just want my $70.00 back the amount they took which was only supposed to be $35.00 and they end up with $70.00. The person I talked to said oh I guess you paid for our service twice.I have all the emails and letters they have sent me.So lets see what I can do.
