After researching this company, I found out that there is new ownership that has taken what was once a reputable and thriving business, and taken it in a totally wrong direction. It does not add any credibility having an individual ( Todd Myers ) who is a convicted felon of organized fraud and on felony probation until the year 2023, to help destroy what was once a reputable company. I don't think consumers would like to have these kinds of individuals handling their personal and financial affairs.

First of all why would you give out your account numbers to someone you don't know on the phone?  I'm guessing you gave them your social security number as well and now you want to use the internet to complain about it.  Reducing your interest rates is something you can do by yourself.  Why would you put additional charges on your card if you were trying to pay off your balances?  I'm also guessing you never solved the rubiks cube either.  I'd rather pay some company I never heard of hundreds of dollars for something I could do by myself.  ONCE AGAIN THE INTERNET CAN ALSO BE USED AS A LEARNING TOOL!!!!  DUH!!!

I am a current employee. The "new ownership" was a good thing. The current owner bought it from a real piece of work, that at the time of sale, did not disclose the fact that the company was being sued for lack of services. The new owner has put millions into the company to try and "right" the "wrongs" that the previous owner, Tom Graham, had done to the consumers.  These complaints are from employees that were under the previous owner, Tom Graham, and when these employees were caught stealing from our customers credit accounts, they were fired and prosecuted. So obviously they were not happy with the "new ownership", hence, complaints. And as far as Todd Myers, he is a very good man with a wonderful heart. He has done more for the remaining employees than can even be imagined. I have the utmost respect for that man, and always will. The person that ruined the company was the original owner, TOM GRAHAM. Not the current owner, or Todd Myers. Get your facts right...

these complaints are bogus

I am currently an employee. The complaints, as you may have noticed, are mainly from old employees that were fired for stealing from our customers. These individuals were getting their credit card numbers and charging the accounts. When the owner AND Todd Myers found out who was doing that, they were immediatly fired and charges were pressed. So these complaints are bogus. The ex-employees that are filing these complaints are just angry that they got caught and did jail time for what they had done. Todd Myers is a very good man and I have the UTMOST respect for him!!
