I was charged for get a free credit report. And the amount that was charged was $9.95 not knowing that there was fee for pulling your own credit report.

I did call to cancel the membership and was still charge for the above amount. I would like to receive a refund of my money. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for this credit report.
