consumer loans, Jeff Daniels, Gregory Watt He called,offered loan,I used money pak, he claimed credit too low, IRS got involved, will not give money back or cancel account Washington District of Columbia

I recently took out a loan with Consumer Loans. I believe they got my information through third party. I had not filled out an online application, so I did not understand their terms and conditions. I had to ask repeatedly for clarification due to the employees thick accent, talking fast and phone disruptions. Whenever I tried asking questions he would talk over me. He transfered me to his boss, Jeff Daniels. Since talking to Jeff Daniels it has escalated far worse than I would have expected. He required, I guess you'd say, collatoral. I delivered. He then said due to my credit score being low the IRS got involved and put a hold on my account. To get out of this hold I would have to come up with another $200. And the bonus of this would be my credit score would jump to 600. He said that on his website it requires a certain credit score. I read every inch of his website after hearing him say that and found nothing of the sort. If the credit score was very important for the acceptance of the loan I would have given it to them. I had just filed the day before for my credit score. He will not give me back the money that was re-imbursable, he will not let me cancel my account. And on top of that he has called me and my mother non stop. He and his employee have become very rude to me, very demanding. I have kept every email and have a copy of their terms and conditions. They have no numbers on their website for customer assistance. The only person you can get ahold of is Jeff. This needs to stop. I've tried doing it on my own but I need help.
