Consumer Portfolio Fraud, the worst company to deal with Irvine California

I would advise anyone not to ever use this company. I have had the worst luck. I have yet to find any decent person who works there. Don't ever give them your account number they will draft out of any time when they are not supose to.

I had been trying to get my account current with them for a while now. I had made arrangments with a Mrs. Harris to do a check by phone at the end of December (and they took out the payment on the 3rd of Jan.) and set up 2 more drafts one on the 21st day of Jan and the other on the 31st Jan. I knew I was getting a check from my husbands 401k to get current and I had told Mrs. Harris this. I wanted to be able to be able to be a month ahead so that I would never have anymore problemss well that didn't happen. I called on the 4th of Jan to let Mrs. Harris know that I was mailing in a check for 3 payments which would include Feb. payment. Well the nicely RUDE lady told me they could not stop the drafts. So I went to my bank and paid 20.00 and stopped the check. So i asummed they would draft out a payment on the 21st. Well a few days after the 21st a guy which they hired came in to my place of employment looking for me wanting to to be a third party in this and try and help. So he called CPS and and talked with a Mrs. Davis. I also talked with her and while we were on the phone talking she said that my check was returned for NSF which was not true I had told her why I stopped payment. She wanted me to Western Union her the 2 payments and I told Her I would send them in. Well I used there web sight the True pay and made one payment and was planning on make the other on the 7th. Well to my surpise they went ahead with out my authorization and drafted out of my checking account today Feb 1 a payment.

So I gues you could say noiw I am finally current. But the thing about is I did not not tell them they could. As I recall they canceled those drafts. SO NEVER EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORAMTION. THEY WILL DRAFT TOUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT. My bank told me there was nothing they could do that I should call them but I know what will happen if I call I will only end up arguing with someone that will get me know where.
