Consumer Reward Network, Health Newtork USA, Mega Movie Club, Net4ever took money from my account, gives me the run-around and refuses to give me a refund Canoga Park California

I received a call from Consumer Reward Network, Inc. to review three membership services with a reward of a $500 shopping spree. I was told that because I was selected for this special promotion I would only pay $4.95 shipping and any other fees mentioned did not apply to me. Several times, I made sure that $4.95 would be the only fee charged to me.

I received only two out of three informational packets regarding the services. However, I was charged for all three services. I immediately called the customer service numbers I was given to cancel any memberships and requested a refund. I was informed that a refund form would be sent to me to sign and return so that I could receive a check for a full refund.

I received a refund form from Mega Movie Club, signed it immediately and mailed it back. After two months, I called again to check the status of my refund. They said that is was sent within two weeks of my form request. I was told that it would be investigated.

I still have not received a refund request form from net4ever or Health Network USA despite the fact that I have made several calls. They tell me each time that they see in their records where I have requested a form and that it has been sent every time I have called.

Net4ever said that they would again send a form and would report by concerns to the head department.

Health Network USA, however, said that they have sent me forms everytime I called and now it is past 60 days. They informed me that they cannot send another form because I am no longer eligible to receive a refund.
