I purchased a bracelet from shop NBC back in march 2002 I have made many calls to the customer service department only to wait for hours at a time to have my calls answered. I have been promised time after time to get my card credited back it never happens not to talk all of the interest that has built!

They told me months ago they received the bracelet. I am very tired of spending all this time on the phone to get no results!

I would never purchase anything from them again everything I have recieved from them has come broken and takes forever to get credited back!

A very poor operation!!! I at this very moment am holding on the phone for customer service it has been one and one half hours no HELP!

Its nice to hear that someone out there has had a nice experience with ShopNBC. I, too, used to feel like you. Perhaps you should buy a computer from them and then report back to this site. There are many people (myself included) that would be very interested in your experience/customer satisfaction on that matter.

I am a customer without any link to the comany and I can only express a total satisfaction. The customer representatives are pleasant, helpful.

The merchandise is high quqlity. If I sent back something for the only reason it did not fit. I was sent a fedex free return ticket and my account were credited within a normal delay.

I received once a cz bracelet where one little cz was missing and it was replaced by turning mail. I am outraged at the commentary I read and I can affirm that they have nothing matching my experience with ShopNBC. I will continue to buy their items and I warmly recommand the high quality of both their marchandise and their services.

I am a former employee of ShopNBC, and I can tell you in all honesty that shopping with ShopNBC is a big mistake. Not only does ShopNBC have very very poor customer service (I, of all people, should know---I worked there for many years) but they treat their employess just as bad as their customers. Employees of ShopNBC are not valued whatsoever. We were treated like dirt from upper management.

Not only this, but ShopNBC recently implemented a new computer system which is extremely slow and inefficient. Not only has the company lost thousands and thousands of dollars because of this, but many customers as well.

The system has caused problems in gettin refunds back to customer's cards for returns, even though the system shows the customer was credited, it doesnt ship orders out on time, among many other things.

Customer Service Reps are hardly informed of the upper-workings of ShopNBC, and therefore are encouraged to lie or sugar-coat many things to customers. Customer Service Reps were also told false information, which then gets passed along to the customer. And frankly, when you file a complaint with ShopNBC, NO ONE CARES! Absolutely NOTHING is done when a customer calls and voices their opinion.

All in all, ShopNBC is a very poor company and it is my guess that ShopNBC will not be around too much longer. DO NOT WORK FOR OR SHOP WITH THEM!
