I heard the add on the radio late one night and decided to check into this 2000$ worth of coupons. I am a coupon user all ready and thought it would be nice to have coupons that I want and would use more of. I decided to go ahead and sign up over the phone that night back in September of 2011, what a mistake that was I might as well as handed my 20.00 dollars over and donated it to the cause.
Everything that was explained to me by the person on the other end of the line was nothing like what I received in the mail a month later. Here I waited and waited checking the mail waiting for this packet to get some coupons and savings at my local grocery store. Not at all what I got, first of all it took me to call them three times to even get the info and booklet here to me.
I called them because they said it would be here in 14 days and after 14 days passed with nothing I should have known then right. I called them again after 14 more days to see what happened to my order and all they tell me is to keep waiting it has shipped weeks ago they will send out another booklet to me, needless to say one finally arrive here in late October almost a month after ordering.
The book finally arrive here and I create my user account on www.grocerysavers.com and log in and check it out. I was mistaken and taken back the coupons, they were a joke stuff that most families don't even buy and they claim to have thousands of coupons on the web site that is not what I found at all very disappointing to say the least.
I then woke up the following day and called the number provided to me for refunds. I knew going into this that if I was dis's satisfied for any reason I could cancel with in 30 days and get a full refund no questions asked or with out hassle so I thought. I placed my first call to get my refund back on October 26, 2011. I thought cool no problem I was told by the Representative that it would not be a problem to make that happen
they apologized to me for not being satisfied with the coupons and I told them that I felt that I was mislead and the program was explained to me not to how it actually was and I would like to get my money back. The representative said no problem I will put that in for a refund it will go back on the card that i originally paid with in 7-10 business days. I felt great like I was going to get my money back no issues what so ever boy was I wrong.
I wait the 7-10 day for my refund with out ever thinking I would still be trying to get my 20.00$ back 5 months later still. which I feel I will never get company's should not be able to do this to people it is wrong. It is only 20.00$ but it is the fact behind the matter why I am so furious. I have called this company on 10/26/2011, 11/09/2011, 12/05/2011, 12/20/2011, 1/06/2012, 1/17/2012, 1/30/2012 trying to get my 20.00$ back with the runaround and a different story every time I call them.
I have gotten check's been mailed, check's go out every Friday, your check was not put in for a refund, late in the week so it will be mailed the next Friday, I will personally get it and put it in the envelope and mail my self from a Supervisor named Terence employee number 19 was the most recent, and just last week A so called level 2 solutions rep named Judy (I am looking at the check's that were issued this past Friday and you check was issued should be there in a few days). Here I sit pissed about the principal of this situation at how a company can just take 20.00$ from some one and have no repercussions what so ever. I am over the 20.00$ and it is on about the principal behind all the lies and lies and more lies.
