Consumer Tax Relief Total RipOff - Please refund me my money- You never filed my taxes - #SCAM Newport Beach California

I hired Consumer Tax Relief to do my back taxes and represent me for my federal and state tax issues. I paid them the agreed price of some 2500.00 inMay 2014 and begab making monthly payments....I have had questions and tried to find out some information from them but can never get a person to talk to. They do not return phone calls and it is as if they are not in business any more. They continue to take out of my checking account 250.00on a monthly basis. They just kind of let me standing and didn't finish the job. There is just no one to talk to. I have called and emailed and faxed but no one is replying.

In December 2014 I finally got ahold of somone by email and this person and they asked me to complete the same documents that i completed in May 2014. At this point I was ready for a refund and hired another company who has already done more than Consumer Tax Relief in 3 weeks.

Desired Settlement: I would like my money back.
