I applied for a payday loan while doing so on line on 8-17-2007 a pop up ad came on i clicked no on the ad and a few days later i went on line to check my account and saw that my account had been debited for $149.00 I called the company and was put on hold for fifteen minutes listening to a recording that said a customer account representative would be with me in one minute. When i finaslly got through a representative named Linda Sue told me that I was to put my request for a refund in writing and send it to the same address as listed but put on the envelope Att:DCD. I called my bank as soon as I saw the debit charge and I have now had to pay two overdraft fees but thank goodness my bank cares about things like this and has now credited back to my account the two overdraft fees.

You do understand that a PayDay loan comes with a horrendous interest rate... don't you?

You may be putting yourself into a financial hole that you will have great difficulty getting out of. Payday loans, cash advance loans, title loans, and so forth can easily cost you *at least* 3 times the amount you originally borrowed. You understand this, right?

Many of these loans become a debt-for-life.... your life.

I suggest you do some real research as you rethink your decision to get a payday loan.

Your complaint here is really a side issue....... And before you ever click on another pop-up ad, remember that curiosity killed the cat.
