When I was looking to create a future for my kids, I knew we needed to figure something out, we needed additional income. We searched various possibilities, and found Consumer Vending, Gourmet Cookie Machines, seemed risky buy the was Larry spoke about it, we couldn't go wrong. Larry, our sales guy, ( I use sales strongly) REALLY POURED ON THE CHARM, I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY HUSBAND.
Well 12 machine minimum order, @ 250 a machine, 700 bucks for a starter kit on the cookies, and well, I should have invested in junk bonds. The kids really like the cookies, which were mostly broken, not usable. I have tried to call Larry, buy now he won't return my calls.
My husband is pissed, really pissed. I used all our savings on this and nothing to show for it. I was able to place 3 machines, which I quickly had to go get, they broke after at 3 weeks of use. What a scam, ripoff, I want Larry to call me, I want a refund.

First of all Consumers is not the manufacturer. The manufacturer is good people and will do everything possible to make the equipment work. The manufacturer is not set up with a sales force or a tech support group but if anyone would like to send me details to info@cookiejarvending.com I will pass it on to them and they will get back to you. I have not had difficulty with vending cookies or the machione holding up to trafic at my locations

Gayle, and anyone else that has troubles with Consumer should combine forces. I also heve 8 broken machines in my garace. Larry, or whate ever his name is sold me too. Come to find out, after searching pulic records, these guys were operating in Atlants the lat 3 years, then got chased out, poor ethics. The Attorney General had something to say them. My business is over, I can't continue. THese scamers can't continue, they need stopped.
