Complete hoax...They take your money and it never gets into escrow accounts. You can file a fraud packet via your own bank against these jerks and get a refund of your money. I did! Just a PS to others, like myself, who are being abused and used by this "company" that is really a fake...Total hoax.  They took me for a ride and I held on, filed a fraud packet with my bank, and got my money back from these rip-off artists and con men and women.  Shameful!!!  Do business with CWDSI only at your own risk.  You have been repeatedly warned by me and I see several others, as well.  This business must be stopped for the sake of others who don't know what to do to stop the fleecing of the innocent who go to this business for help.  They helped alright...ruined my credit report with their bad advice.  I am so glad my bank went after them and I was repaid.  Who has money to lose.???  I am so disgusted by my experience with this agency...Al;so be careful about CWDSI referring you to an attorney named Michael Stewart, in Miami, Florida.  Oh, they are more than ready and happy to tack on his $2799 fee to assist with a loan modification.  This you can do yourself via your lender's Home Retention Unit, and I accomplished the task myself, asked for a refund...I have never spoken to Michael Stewart...Was denied my refund, of course, as "work was done on my behalf..."  A tag team business and nothing short of highway robbery.  Do not do business with this agency.  F rated with BBB.  The Attorney General will get them soon.  You've been warned.
